ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All natural persons over 18 years of age, or any legal person.

Our website uses the most advanced technology to guarantee your security. We have an e-commerce payment getaway installed with the 3DSecure system. All data provided for this purpose through the Virtual POS is encrypted to guarantee maximum security and is hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol.
- VAT
The prices displayed at all times on the website include VAT. The VAT applied is the one in force at all times in Spain, the country where the company is located.
- Purchase confirmation
Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and the electronic invoice within 48 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department, via email info@e-closion.com or by phone +34 670 32 13 60.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You can cancel the order within 12 hours of payment by email info@e-closion.com or by calling our customer service phone: +34 670 32 13 60. Once that time has elapsed, you will not be able to cancel it.
Once the cancellation is made within this period, the amount will be reimbursed through bank transfer.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
You will receive the requested design or designs within 48 to 72 hours both in your email and in your web profile. Always from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
